Warranty

All windshield repairs, windshield replacement, and auto glass replacement services come with a limited lifetime warranty. If your windshield cracks after it is repaired, we will refund you 100% of the money charged to your insurance. 

All auto glass replacement workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle, except problems which are caused from the result of auto collision, damage, or rust deterioration.

Warranty expires with change of ownership of this vehicle, in no event shall The Recon Guys be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Customer Responsibilities:

Curing time varies due to weather conditions; therefore we strongly recommend light driving for at least 24 hours. If tape has been applied it should remain in place for 24 hours. Do not power wash vehicle for at least 3 days.

Pre-painted automotive parts come with a limited five-year warranty from peeling or fading from the date of invoice and requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
